September is Health awareness month I want to share with you the importance of being healthy and protect and improve your health.
Look Good, Feel Good!
Taking good care of yourself is important. "Believe it or not, there are small changes you can make in your routine to protect and improve your health. I'm a witness to that! recently I discovered I was feeling very run down, no energy, tired and not wanting to do the normal things I had been involved in during. I made an appointment to see my physician for an exam. Well as it turn out I was suffering from a sleeping disorder, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, this made me realize that I was headed for serious trouble and needed to take better care of myself. Since my blood pressure and cholesterol numbers where at borderline I have a chance to correct some of my bad habits.
If you want to stay on top of feeling good and looking good, the best thing to do for yourself and your family, be aware of body symptoms that make you feel uncomfortable,because many disorders and diseases are the result of how we take care of ourselves.
